- 6 lemons
- 300 g sugar

Wash two lemons hot and finely grate their zest. Juice all lemons. Dissolve sugar in 400 ml lukewarm water. Add lemon juice. Pour everything into a bowl and place it in the freezer. Freeze for 4 hours, stirring well every hour. Or freeze in an ice cream maker.

Serve the finished sorbet garnished with lemon zest.
