Lemon Punch (Cold Duck) by Spoonsparrow: The Cold Duck is a wonderfully refreshing punch from the 1950s.

Ingredients

  • 3 organic lemons
  • 700 ml dry white wine
  • 700 ml mineral water
  • 700 ml dry sparkling wine
  • crushed ice

Instructions

    Rinse lemons hot, pat dry, slice into rounds. Pour lemon juice over the wine and let steep in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.

    When serving, top with ice‑cold sparkling wine and mineral water. Fill glasses generously with crushed ice.
