Strawberry Punch with Rosé Wine

Ingredients

  • 125 g small strawberries
  • 20 ml orange juice
  • 20 ml Campari (or non‑alcoholic bitter such as Crodino)
  • 0.5 pomelo
  • 350 ml ice‑chilled rosé wine (optional alcohol‑free)
  • 350 ml ice‑chilled ginger ale

Instructions

    Clean and wash the strawberries, place them in a bowl and pour over orange juice and Campari. Cover and chill for about 30 minutes.

    Wash half a pomelo, slice it and thread onto cocktail skewers. Distribute the strawberries with the orange‑juice mixture into glasses, then fill evenly with rosé wine and ginger ale.

    Place the cocktail skewers on top of the glasses and serve the strawberry punch with rosé wine.
