Spoonsparrow Strawberry-Mango Punch: A sparkling refreshment made with white wine, champagne, sweet strawberries, and juicy mango.

Ingredients

  • 1 Mango
  • 500 g strawberries
  • 1 Organic Lime
  • 1 l white wine
  • 1 handful ice cubes
  • 1.5 l tonic or semi‑dry champagne
  • 2 tbsp elderflower syrup
  • 2 sprigs tarragon

Instructions

    Peel the mango, remove the flesh from the pit and dice it into small cubes. Clean, wash, pat dry the strawberries and halve them or slice them.

    Wash the lime, pat dry and cut into thin slices. Place the fruit in a large punch bowl or bowl.

    Add the wine and ice cubes, top with tonic or champagne, and sweeten with elderflower syrup. Wash the tarragon, shake dry and garnish the punch with it. Serve the strawberry‑mango punch well chilled.
