Ingredients

  • 1 kg peaches
  • 150 ml peach nectar
  • 750 ml alcohol‑free sparkling wine
  • 1 handful thyme
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

    Wash peaches, halve them, remove pits and cut into wedges, then place in a bowl. Pour peach nectar over the fruit. Stir well and top with sparkling wine.

    Wash thyme leaves and shake off excess moisture. Serve the peach punch with ice cubes and fresh thyme.
