- 800 g waxy potatoes
- Salt
- 1 untreated lemon
- 0.5 bunch dill
- 2 tbsp butter
- 250 ml lukewarm milk
- pepper (ground)

Peel, wash, and boil the potatoes in salted water for about 30 minutes.

While the potatoes cook, rinse the lemon under hot water, pat dry, zest it, and squeeze out the juice.

Wash the dill, shake off excess water, and finely chop the tips.

Drain the potatoes, let them steam dry, mash with a potato masher, then stir in butter and milk to create a smooth purée. Fold in the lemon zest and dill, seasoning with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
