Ingredients

  • 1 kg birdberries
  • 500 g gelatin sugar (2:1)
  • 1 untreated lemon (juice and zest)

Instructions

    Wash the birdberries and simmer them with 150 ml water in a pot for 20 minutes over medium heat.

    Add the sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest, stir well, and simmer for another 5 minutes.

    Fill the jam into well-sanitized jars, seal tightly, and let cool.
