Ingredients

  • 4 organic lemons
  • 100 g agave syrup
  • 2 very fresh egg whites
  • 1 cucumber (8 cm long)

Instructions

    Rinse the lemons hot, pat dry and finely grate the zest. Cut the lemons in half and squeeze out the juice.

    In a saucepan, combine lemon zest, lemon juice, agave syrup and 250 ml water; stir until boiling. Remove from heat, let steep and cool. Strain the mixture through a sieve.
