Ingredients
- 200 g strawberries
- 200 g cherries (pitted)
- 200 g red currants
- 200 g cranberries
- 1 vanilla pod
- 400 ml red wine
- 100 ml port wine
- Zucker (nach Geschmack)
- 0.5 lemon (including juice and zest)

Wash the berries and pat them dry.

Remove the green stems from the strawberries (leave 2 halved strawberries for garnish) and halve them.

Separate the currants from their stems, leaving 4 clusters for garnish.

Bring the port wine, red wine, split vanilla pod, lemon juice and zest, and sugar to a boil, then reduce slightly. Remove from heat, add the berries, and let cool. Remove the vanilla pod and refrigerate for at least one hour. To serve, fill ice‑cold glasses and garnish with a half strawberry and sugared currants (moistened beforehand).
