The Lemon Cardamom Quark on fresh figs from Spoonsparrow is a delicious, light dessert with an oriental touch.
Ingredients
- 0.5 Organic lemon
- 100 g low‑fat quark
- 150 g Yogurt (1.5% fat)
- 0.5 tsp ground cardamom
- 2 tsp Liquid Honey
- 2 fresh figs
- 2 tsp pistachios
Instructions

Wash the lemon hot, dry it and grate 1 tsp of zest.

Mix lemon zest with quark, yogurt, cardamom and honey; let sit for about 5 minutes.

Meanwhile wash the figs, pat them dry and slice them.

Finely chop the pistachios.

Arrange the fig slices on plates. Pour the quark mixture over them and sprinkle with pistachios.
