Quark Muesli Balls

Quark muesli balls: Here snacking becomes a wholly healthy pleasure, because the sweet muesli balls contain an abundance of essential nutrients.

Ingredients

  • 20 g fruit muesli (2 tbsp)
  • 60 g low‑fat quark (2 tbsp)
  • 1 tsp cane sugar
  • 1 pinch cinnamon (preferably Ceylon cinnamon)
  • 15 g sesame seeds (1 tbsp)

Instructions

    Add the muesli to a small bowl. Mix in the quark, sugar and cinnamon, and let sit for about 5 minutes.

    Place the sesame on a small plate. Shape the muesli‑quark mixture into eight walnut‑size balls and roll them in the sesame seeds.

    Serve four of the balls as a snack.
