Ingredients

  • 400 g Mettwurst
  • 600 g leek
  • 150 g cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 50 g almond sticks
  • 600 g cooked rice
  • Salt
  • ground pepper

Instructions

    Peel the sausages if necessary and slice them. Clean the leeks, wash them, and cut the white and light green parts into thin rings. Wash and halve the tomatoes.

    Heat the wok, add oil, then stir in the almond sticks, leek, and sausage slices for about 4 minutes. Add the rice and continue stirring, cooking for another 4-5 minutes. Finally add the tomatoes and parsley, stir briefly, and season with salt and pepper.
