- 500 g zucchini
- Salz
- 400 g mostly waxy potatoes
- 1 egg
- 2 EL flour
- Pfeffer (from the mill)
- Muskat
- 4 EL rapeseed oil (for frying)
- 1 Garlic clove
- 250 g quark
- 100 g yogurt
- 1 spritzer lemon juice

For the dip, peel and press the garlic. Rinse dill, dry, pluck leaves and chop. Mix garlic, quark and yogurt until smooth, season with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Spoon into small bowls and serve alongside the pancakes.
