Ingredients

  • 250 g wheat starch
  • boiling water
  • 150 g chopped shrimp
  • 0.5 tsp fresh grated ginger
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • Salt
  • 1 pinch sugar

Instructions

    Make a smooth, silky dough by mixing wheat starch and water (add small amounts while kneading). Roll thinly and cut into 8–10 cm circles. Mix shrimp, ginger, sesame oil, sugar, and salt well. Place filling in the center of each circle. Fold the dough circle over, alternating seams to create a zig‑zag seam. Steam in bamboo steamer for about 8–10 minutes.
