Ingredients

  • 200 g leaf lettuce
  • 200 g sheep cheese (feta)
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp walnuts
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 4 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 0.5 tsp mustard
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • 6 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions

    Wash, rinse, and dry the salad. Dice the feta into cubes. Wash the tomatoes, quarter them, remove seeds, and dice finely.

    Whisk together vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt, pepper, and oil to make a dressing; taste and adjust seasoning.
