Ingredients

  • 40 g macadamia nuts
  • 4 avocados
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt
  • freshly ground pepper
  • 1 tbsp nut oil
  • 250 g Emmental cheese
  • 1 bunch spring onions

Instructions

    Chop macadamia nuts into small pieces and lightly toast them in a dry pan. Transfer to a plate.

    Peel the avocados, cut them in half, remove the pits and dice them.

  3. 3.

    Whisk lemon juice with salt, pepper and nut oil. Toss the avocado cubes with this dressing.

    Cube the Emmental cheese. Trim, wash and chop the spring onions into pieces.

    Combine all ingredients in a bowl, sprinkle with toasted macadamia nuts and serve.
