Ingredients

  • 2 tsp jasmine tea leaves
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 4 Tbsp sake
  • 1 pink grapefruit
  • 4 kiwis
  • 3 carambolas
  • 2 tbsp almond slivers

Instructions

    Boil 200 ml water, add jasmine tea, honey and sake, simmer for 2 minutes, remove from heat and let cool.

    Peel kiwi and slice into rounds.

    Slice carambola into rounds.

    Thickly peel grapefruit and cut along the inner membranes to separate segments, catch juice and squeeze remaining pulp.

    Mix prepared fruits with grapefruit juice, pour tea syrup over the fruit through a sieve, marinate briefly.

    Arrange in bowls and serve sprinkled with almond slivers.
