A refreshing cucumber cold soup featuring fresh shrimp, served by Spoonsparrow.
Ingredients
- 2 cucumbers
- 1 Garlic clove
- handful basil
- 5 dill sprigs
- 400 g yogurt
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- pinch sugar
- 0.5 lemon (juice)
- 8 large shrimp (prepped, deveined and peeled except for the tail segment)
- 1 tsp Paprika powder (sweet)
- vegetable oil (for frying)
