Lavender Matcha Latte

Outside it's cold and wet? Warm yourself up with a delicious Lavender Matcha Latte from Spoonsparrow!

Ingredients

  • 800 ml plant-based drink (e.g., cashew milk)
  • 2 tsp lavender buds
  • 2 tsp Liquid Honey
  • 2 tsp Bourbon vanilla powder
  • 2 tsp matcha tea powder

Instructions

    Bring 200 ml water to a boil and let it cool to about 80 °C. In the meantime, pour the cashew drink into a pot with 1 tsp lavender buds, honey, and vanilla; warm and froth with a whisk.

    Add the matcha powder to a bowl and stir in the hot water (e.g., with a matcha whisk). Distribute the matcha tea over four cups or glasses, pour in the warmed cashew drink, and serve the Lavender Matcha Latte garnished with the remaining lavender buds.
