Lavender Latte with Spices

Ingredients

  • 800 ml soy drink (soy milk)
  • 200 ml coconut milk
  • 2 tsp dried lavender buds
  • 4 tsp bourbon vanilla powder
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 tsp maple syrup

Instructions

    Add the soy drink, coconut milk, 1 tsp lavender buds and remaining ingredients to a pot and heat.

    Bring briefly to a boil, remove from heat and let cool slightly. Whisk with a whisk, pour into four cups or glasses and sprinkle with remaining lavender buds before serving.
