Ingredients
- 500 g ground lamb
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp cooked rice
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1 tsp chopped mint
- 200 g sheep cheese
- 4 tbsp sesame seeds
- oil (for frying)
- mint (for garnish)
Instructions

Knead ground lamb, rice and egg together. Peel and finely chop garlic; sauté in oil until translucent, then mix with spices and mint into the meat.

Dice 50g sheep cheese into small cubes; place one cube in the center of each meatball and shape into balls with wet hands. Roll in sesame seeds and fry in oil.
