Ingredients
- 100 g watercress
- 50 g alfalfa sprouts
- 1 small can corn
- 2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
- 6 plant oil
- salt (pepper)
- 600 g mixed ground meat
- 1 loaf roll (from the day before)
- 1 egg
- 1 onion
- 80 g sunflower seeds
- 4 Carrots
- 0.5 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp plant oil
- salt (pepper)
Instructions

Soak the roll in lukewarm water, squeeze out excess liquid, and mix with ground meat, salt, and pepper. Peel and finely chop the onion. Wash the carrots, trim ends, grate coarsely, drizzle with lemon juice, and knead everything into the meat mixture along with the egg and sunflower seeds.

Shape into balls, heat butter and oil, and brown all sides in 10 minutes. For the salad, wash watercress, drain corn, and mix with sprouts. Whisk vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper into a dressing, drizzle over, and serve with the meat patties.
