Ingredients

  • 1 kg small potatoes
  • 3 red onions
  • 4 salmon fillets (with skin)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 tbsp harissa

Instructions

    Peel the onions and cut them into strips. Peel and halve the potatoes. Sauté the onions in butter, transfer to a baking dish, and mix in harissa.

    Sauté the potatoes in oil and spread over the onions; season everything with salt and pepper.

    Place in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 25-30 minutes. After 10 minutes add 50 ml water. After 15-20 minutes lightly salt the fish and place skin-side up on the potatoes, then finish cooking.
