Ingredients

  • 6 slices of toast bread
  • 500 g salmon
  • 1 Shallot
  • 1 tbsp sour cream horseradish (jar)
  • Lemon juice
  • pepper (ground)
  • caviar (optional)

Instructions

    Toast the bread until golden brown and cut each slice diagonally into triangles.

    Wash the salmon, pat dry, and finely dice it.

    Peel the shallot and chop very finely. Mix with the salmon and sour cream horseradish. Season with lemon juice and pepper, then spread onto the toast triangles. Shape with a small ring if desired. Top with caviar if you like and serve.
