Ingredients

  • 4 EL Haferflocken

    Wash the garlic herbs and chop finely. Briefly sauté in oil for 1-2 minutes, then pour in the meat broth and bring to a boil. Sprinkle in the oats, cover, and simmer over low heat for 8-10 minutes. Blend with an immersion blender, season with salt if needed.

    Cut a piece from the top of each roll and hollow it out. Fill the rolls with the hot soup right before serving.
