Bagel with cheese from Spoonsparrow is perfect for on-the-go!

Ingredients

  • 1 sesame bagel
  • 20 g semi-fat margarine
  • 3 lettuce leaves (e.g., Lollo Rosso)
  • 40 g goat cream cheese
  • 2 tsp fig mustard
  • 2 tbsp lentil sprouts

Instructions

    Slice the bagel in half and spread semi‑fat margarine on one side. Top the bottom half with lettuce.

    Break the goat cream cheese into large chunks and place on top. Drizzle fig mustard over it, then sprinkle lentil sprouts. Cover with the other half of the bagel and press lightly.
