Ingredients
- 4 bagels (with sesame)
- 4 lettuce leaves (as desired)
- 2 large tomatoes
- 1 white onion
- 200 g Feta Cheese
- black olives (sliced)
- 1 bell pepper
- olive oil (cold-pressed)
- Salt
- Pepper

Wash and pat dry the lettuce leaves. Wash the tomatoes and slice them. Peel and finely chop the onion. Drain the cheese and cut into cubes. Wash, halve, deseed, and dice the bell pepper.

Cut the bagel crosswise and drizzle 2-3 tsp olive oil on the lower half. Then layer each side with a lettuce leaf, tomato slices, bell pepper cubes, feta cubes, onions, and 1 tbsp olive oil. Season with salt and pepper while assembling. Place the upper bagel half on top and serve immediately.
