Ingredients
- 500 g ground lamb
- 2 onions
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp freshly chopped cilantro
- 2 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
- 1 tsp Pul Biber (dried paprika flakes)
- ½ tsp cumin (ground)
- 1 egg
- breadcrumbs (as needed)
- Salt
- Cayenne pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Mix both with the ground meat, herbs, Pul Biber, cumin, egg, and breadcrumbs until a well-formed mixture forms. Season with salt and cayenne pepper. Shape kebabs around wooden skewers (soaked in water for 10 minutes beforehand) using wet hands and grill on an oiled grill (or oven grill function) for about 5 minutes, turning multiple times from all sides until browned.
