- 4 poultry bratwursts (spiral form)
- 12 fresh bay leaves
- 4 rosemary sprigs
- 8 green peppercorns
- 50 ml olive oil
- Salt
- 1 tbsp chopped flat‑leaf parsley
- 2 romaine lettuce heads

Wash the potatoes and boil them in salted water for about 30 minutes. Drain, peel, and let cool completely. While the potatoes are cooking, wash the cucumber and grate it on a fine grater. Wash the chives, shake off excess moisture, and cut into small rings. Whisk together salad cream, yogurt, and sugar; season with salt and pepper. Slice the cooled potatoes and mix with cucumber, yogurt mixture, and chives. Let rest for about 20 minutes before seasoning again.

Whisk mustard, sugar, vinegar, peppercorns, and olive oil to make a dressing; season with salt. Wash and clean the romaine leaves, then tear them into individual pieces.
