Ingredients

  • 4 Cherry Tomatoes
  • 4 small mushrooms
  • 1/2 yellow bell pepper, 1/2 green bell pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 4 mini sausages
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Salt
  • ground black pepper
  • ketchup
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions

    Wash the tomatoes. Clean the mushrooms. Cut the peppers into pieces. Peel and cut the onion into wedges.

    Skewer the vegetables with the sausages, season with salt and pepper, and fry in hot oil in a pan for about 6 minutes on all sides. Sprinkle with parsley and serve with ketchup.
