Kiwi-Creme of Spoonsparrow is always delicious.

Ingredients

  • 600 g yogurt (1.5% fat)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • liquid sweetener (optional)
  • 100 ml heavy cream
  • 4 kiwis

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Stir yogurt with lemon juice and optional sweetener.

  2. 2.

    Whip cream until stiff peaks form and fold into the yogurt mixture.

  3. 3.

    Peel kiwis and dice them; place half of the cubes in four glasses.

  4. 4.

    Top with the yogurt mixture and garnish with remaining kiwi cubes. Serve immediately.
