The creamy kefir lassi from Spoonsparrow shines with plenty of aromatic spices and boosts metabolism.
Ingredients
- 2 Bananas
- 20 g ginger root
- 800 ml kefir
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 pinch ground cardamom
- 1 pinch ground clove
- a pinch freshly grated nutmeg

Peel the bananas and ginger, cut into pieces, and place them with the kefir in a stand mixer.

Add cinnamon, cardamom, clove, and a pinch of freshly grated nutmeg; blend until smooth. Then pour the kefir lassi into four glasses, optionally dust with a little cinnamon, and serve.
