Ingredients
- 4 Medjool dates (20 g each)
- 2 tbsp white almond butter (20 g)
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 0.5 Vanilla pod
- 1 pinch salt
- 500 ml almond drink (almond milk)
- 4 tea bags chai tea
- 2 tsp dried rose petal

Pit the dates and blend them with almond butter and maple syrup using a stick blender until smooth. Split the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the seeds.

Add the vanilla pod, its seeds, 1 pinch of salt, and almond drink to a pot and heat without boiling. Hang the tea bags in the pot, cover, remove from heat, and let steep for about 10 minutes. Then remove the tea bags, squeezing out any liquid. Remove the vanilla pod.
