Creamy coffee foam and ice‑cold milk – the Korean coffee trend is ready! Our recipe for Dalgona Coffee is also vegan and low in sugar.

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp instant coffee powder
  • 1.5 tbsp coconut palm sugar
  • 3 tbsp hot water
  • 300 ml oat drink (oat milk) (alternatively almond, soy, coconut drink or milk)
  • Also: ice cubes

Instructions

    Mix the instant coffee powder and coconut palm sugar in a bowl. Add 3 tbsp hot water and whisk with a hand mixer for about 2 minutes until a creamy mixture forms.

    Fill two glasses with ice cubes and pour oat drink over them. Spoon the coffee cream on top of the glasses and enjoy it cold.
