A vibrant green carrot mix where parsley adds more than just color and aroma. With its potassium and vitamin C content, it supports fat loss.
Ingredients
- 300 g carrots (2 carrots)
- 2 bunches flat-leaf parsley
- 1 pinch cane sugar
- 0.5 tsp pumpkin seed oil
- Also: ice cubes

Wash and peel the carrots; with a vegetable peeler remove very thin strips from one carrot. Cut the remaining carrot and the second carrot into pieces.

Rinse the parsley thoroughly, shake dry, and roughly chop it with a large knife.

Place the carrots, parsley, pinch of sugar, oil, and ice cubes in a stand mixer. Blend lightly until frothy, pour into a glass, and garnish with carrot strips. Enjoy immediately.
