Ingredients

  • 200 g buckwheat (cracked)
  • 400 ml milk (3.5% fat)
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 30 g butter (2 tbsp)
  • 30 g Honey (2 tbsp)
  • Cinnamon

Instructions

    Bring the buckwheat, milk, salt and about 300 ml water to a boil. Stir occasionally over medium heat for about 15 minutes until it thickens into a porridge; add more water if needed.

    Finally stir in butter and season with honey and cinnamon. Divide among bowls and serve.
