Ingredients
- 3 cm ginger
- 500 g ripe pears
- 40 ml pear brandy
- 0.5 tsp cinnamon
- 1 pinch cloves powder
- 500 g gelatin sugar (1:1)

Peel the ginger and grate finely. Peel, quarter the pears, remove cores, and dice into very small cubes.

Cook the pear cubes with ginger, brandy, spices, and gelatin sugar for 4 minutes until sparkling, then pour into jars. Let cool and serve.
