Ingredients

  • 100 g raspberries
  • 10 g ginger (1 piece)
  • 100 g gelatin sugar (for cold stirred preserve)

Instructions

    Rinse a 200 g capacity screw jar with boiling water and let it dry upside down on a kitchen towel.

    Wash the raspberries and place them in a tall container.

    Peel the ginger, grate finely and add to the raspberries.

    Add gelatin sugar and blend everything with an immersion blender for about 10 minutes until the mixture starts to gel.

    Scoop the mixture into the prepared jar with a small ladle and seal immediately. Store in the refrigerator and consume within 4-5 days.
