Ingredients
- 1 fresh head of garlic
- 1 bell pepper (half red, half green)
- 10 g minced garlic
- 1 tsp black peppercorns
- 900 ml extra-virgin olive oil
Instructions

Separate the cloves from the garlic bulb and peel them. Clean, wash, and slice the bell pepper into strips. Wash and dry the minced garlic. Place the garlic, pepper, minced garlic, and peppercorns in sterilized bottles.

Fill with olive oil and let steep for a few days in a dark, cool place (but not in the refrigerator).
