Iced Tea with Peach, Nectarine and Basil

The iced tea with peach, nectarine and basil from Spoonsparrow is refreshing and healthy!
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp black tea (e.g., Darjeeling or Assam)
- 2 handfuls fresh basil
- 1 handful mint leaves
- 350 ml peach juice
- 4 large nectarines
- Ice cubes

Add the tea leaves to a pot. Wash the basil and add half of its leaves together with the mint. Pour 1.75 l boiling water over them and let steep for 5 minutes. Then strain through a sieve and mix with the peach juice, place in the refrigerator and chill for 2–3 hours. Meanwhile wash the nectarines, halve, pit and cut into small cubes. Strip the remaining basil from its stems and add it together with the nectarine cubes to the well-chilled iced tea.

Add ice cubes (add a little water if needed) and pour into bottles.
