Grape Shake

Ingredients

  • 150 g red grapes
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 300 ml chilled buttermilk
  • Mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

    Rinse the grapes, clean, halve and optionally pit them; set aside some for garnish. Add the remaining grapes, lemon juice, honey, and nutritional yeast to a blender or use a hand mixer with a slicing attachment to puree.

    Gradually blend in the chilled buttermilk. Pour into two tall glasses and decorate with fresh grapes and mint leaves.
