Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp black tea
  • 1 untreated lemon
  • raw cane sugar (to taste)
  • 250 g raspberries
  • 4 small mint sprigs

Instructions

    Bring 1 l water to a boil, remove from heat and steep the tea for about 3 minutes. Strain through a sieve.

    Wash the lemons, peel the zest with a vegetable peeler and squeeze out the juice. Add the lemon zest and juice to the tea. Let it cool completely, sweeten with sugar to taste, and refrigerate for 2 hours.
