Elderflower Lemonade

With the elderflower lemonade from Spoonsparrow you can sweeten yourself the hot summer days!
Ingredients
- 2 handfuls elderflowers
- 150 g whole cane sugar
- 1 lemon
Instructions

Do not wash the elderflowers, just shake them and let them dry. Wash the lemon under hot water and cut into slices.

Slowly bring 1 l of water with the sugar to a boil while stirring, then simmer for about 10 minutes.

Let it cool, add the elderflowers and lemon slices, and pour into a large bottle or jar. Seal tightly and let the syrup steep for two days.

Dilute with cold water or sparkling water to taste before drinking.
