Ingredients
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 800 ml milk
- 100 ml whipping cream
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1 tsp sugar

Finely chop the chocolate and set aside about 4 teaspoons. Slowly melt the remaining chocolate in the milk over low heat. While that steams, whip the cream with cinnamon and sugar until half stiff.

Fill mugs with hot chocolate, top with the whipped cream, sprinkle with the reserved chocolate, and serve immediately.
