Black-and-White Smoothie

Black-and-white smoothie: a sweet satiety booster for breakfast – with treats that kids love.

Ingredients

  • 100 g bananas (0.5 bananas)
  • 150 g vanilla yogurt (1.5% fat)
  • 2 tbsp milk (1.5% fat)
  • 1 tsp defatted cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp chocolate shavings
  • 2 walnut kernels

Instructions

    Peel half a banana, roughly chop it and place in a tall container. Add yogurt and milk and blend to froth with an immersion blender.

    Pour half of the yogurt-milk mixture into a glass and stir well with the cocoa powder and chocolate shavings.

    Chop walnuts and mix into the remaining yogurt-milk mixture. Slowly pour over a spoonful onto the chocolate mixture in the glass. Serve smoothie with a thick straw.
