Ingredients

  • 150 ml heavy cream (at least 30% fat)
  • 0.5 packet vanilla sugar
  • 700 ml milk
  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 80 ml rum

Instructions

    Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff peaks form.

    Coarsely chop the chocolate and melt it in a pot with the milk, heating gently.

    Add the rum to the mixture and pour into cups.
