Banana Chocolate Milk

Banana provides the necessary satiety in between and, with plenty of vitamin B6, is an ideal nerve food.

Ingredients

  • 100 g small ripe bananas (1 small ripe banana)
  • 150 ml milk (1.5% fat)
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 tsp skimmed cocoa powder

Instructions

    Peel the banana, roughly chop it and place it in a tall vessel.

    Add milk, vanilla sugar and cocoa. Blend everything finely with a stick blender and serve immediately.
