- 400 g flour
- 300 g butter
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 50 g sugar
- 1 egg
- 100 g Ground Almonds
- 80 g liquid honey
- 150 g sugar (for rolling)

Knead the flour with chopped butter, vanilla sugar, sugar, egg, almonds, and honey quickly into a dough, shape it into a ball, wrap in foil and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection). Divide the dough into 8 equal parts, roll each piece into a 1.5 cm thick strand, cut into 5 cm long pieces and shape into Kipferl.

Place the Kipferl on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 12 minutes. While still hot, roll them in sugar.
