Ingredients

  • 1 kg rosehips
  • 4 sprigs Rosemary
  • 2 tsp peppercorns
  • 500 ml white wine vinegar

Instructions

    Wash, clean and slice the rosehips lengthwise. Pack them into pre-warmed bottles or jars with the used rosemary and pepper, then cover with vinegar. Seal tightly and let steep for about 4 weeks in a warm, bright place, shaking occasionally.

    After this period strain and transfer to prepared bottles. Store cool and dark.
