Elderberry juice tastes great as a spritzer and serves as a proven home remedy for colds.

Ingredients
- 2 kg elderberries
- 500 ml water
- 150 g coconut blossom sugar
Instructions

Pick ripe elderberries from the branches or gently brush them off with a fork and wash thoroughly.

Place the berries in a large pot and fill it with water. Cook the mixture for about 20 minutes with a closed lid over low heat until the berries are soft, then let it cool.

Strain the elderberry mixture through a fine cloth to leave clear juice.

Stir the elderberry juice with coconut blossom sugar and reheat to at least 80 °C. Then fill clean bottles with the finished juice and set them on their caps to cool.
